Add support for Ket format save/load while CIP stereo calculation

**Background**
Ketcher should interact with Indigo using Ket format. The generic functions should not change the existing objects on canvas.

**Acceptance criteria:**
Calculate CIP methods should work for Ket format and make the updates to the atom CIP properties
All the changes should be saved into the Ket format
All the existing Ket features (simple objects, CIP properties, etc) should be kept without changes
