Extended SMILES: Wiggle bonds are shown in preview and saves to extended smiles as normal stereo bonds

**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Launch Ketcher
2. Open file [ketcher.zip](https://github.com/epam/ketcher/files/10303420/ketcher.28.zip)
3. Click 'Save' and select File format: Extended SMILES
4. Look at preview

**Actual behavior**
You get ```C[C@H](O)N``` or ```C[C@@H](O)N```

**Expected behavior**
Should be ```CC(N)O |w:1.0|```
