Mapping numbers from the biggest one are used when Auto-Mapping Tool is applied

**Description:**
When Auto-Mapping Tool (Discard, Keep or Alter) is applied to mapping1.rxn file, the mapping numbers from the biggest one are used.

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Execute /automap endpoint in remote mode with the following params:

**Actual result:**
The mapping numbers from the biggest one are used.
