Several cascade reactions are not aligned after layout or save/load to/from RDF actions

**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Add two cascade reactions from ket file:

2. Click on Layout or make Save/Load to/from RDF

**Actual Result**
- Each cascade reactions are aligned separately:

Start by reproducing the issue with the attached ketcher.2.zip file, then trace the Layout and RDF save/load entry points for cascade reactions. Done means all cascade reactions share one alignment after layout and after RDF round-tripping, with the reproduction covered by an automated test.
