An RDF cascade (pathway) reaction with the same reactant and product, when loaded from a saved RDF file, is missing arrows and shows only one duplicated element

**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Add to Canvas cascade reaction with the same product and reactant with Multi-Tailed Arrow or/and usual Arrow:
2. Save to RDF V2000 or V3000 (now it's under SDF)
3. Add to Canvas from saved RDF

**Actual Result**
- Only chemical elements are displayed without arrows:

**Expected Result**
- Chemical elements are displayed with arrows

- This case must be automated after fix;
