Can't save to RXN several reactants/products without pluses as a separate component

**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Make a reaction with chemical elements with and without pluses:

2. Click on Save As...

**Expected behavior**
The reaction 2:0 should be displayed, file example:
[RXN2-0.zip](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/16677750/RXN2-0.zip)

**Actual behavior**
3:0 reaction is displayed:
