Description
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Open Ketcher
2. Add file
[retrosynt.ket.zip](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/16598716/retrosynt.ket.zip)
or create manually
3. save in cdxml (or base64, cdx)
4. open saving file on the canvas
**Expected behavior**
the schema is displayed without error
**Actual behavior**
An error occurred
