Description
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Add an arrow
2. Add Benzene ring
3. Corrupt the ring:
4. Select the ring:
5. Click on Clean Up:
**Expected behavior**
Error isn't displayed, ring is fixed:

Error is displayed:
**Environment details:**
- Ketcher version: [Version 2.23.0-rc.3] Build at 2024-07-14; 20:34:10
- Indigo version: Version 1.22.0-rc.3.0-gbb5c51fc2-wasm32-wasm-clang-19.0.0
**Action item**:
- **Need to automate this case after the fix.**
**Additional context**
- Detected during preview tests for Image feature - https://github.com/epam/Indigo/issues/2144. This issue is reproducible for images as well, as for now, images are not in the 2.23.0-rc.3. **The fix should be verified for images, shapes and text as well**.
