Description
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Open Ketcher
2. Add the Arrow Open Angle Tool on the Canvas
3. Save in the SVG or PNG format
**Expected behavior**
The arrow is displayed in PNG file as on the Canvas
**Actual behavior**
The arrow is displayed not in accordance with the display on the Canvas
