Description
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Open Ketcher
2. Add schema from file
[ketcher (9).ket.zip](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/16471536/ketcher.9.ket.zip)
or add the Failed Arrow Tool on the Canvas manually
3. Save in PNG or SVG format
**Expected behavior**
The arrow is displayed in PNG file as on the Canvas
**Actual behavior**
The arrow is displayed not in accordance with the display on the Canvas
