System changed atom and label positions after save to CDX

Description
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Put on the canvas atom (C in my case) and text label together in the left bottom corner
2. Save canvas to CDX
3. Load it back as New Project
**Actual behavior**
System puts atom in the top right corner and text label remain in place
**Expected behavior**
All entities remain its positions after load
**Ketcher version**
- Indigo Toolkit Version 1.19.0-rc.1.0-g8cd9f1e27-x86_64-linux-gnu-11.2.1
- Ketcher Version 2.20.0-rc.1 Build at 2024-03-15; 15:42:19
- Chrome Version Version 122.0.6261.112 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- Win10
