Remove hydrohens doen't work for Single Down bond

**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Put on the canvas following SMILES: `[#15]\[#15]\[#15]`
2. Press Add/Remove implicit hydrogens button to fold hydrogens
(ABS label disappears - known bug - https://github.com/epam/Indigo/issues/1836)
3. Press Add/Remove implicit hydrogens button to unfold hydrogens

**Actual behavior**
Most hydrogens remain in place

**Expected behavior**
All hydrogens disappears
