Add/Remove hydrogens doesn't work for aromatic bonds connected to 4 valence atoms (Ge) except C

Description
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Put on the canvas following SMILES: `c1ccccc1.[Ge]1:[Ge]:[Ge]:[Ge]:[Ge]:[Ge]:1.[GeH4]`
2. Press Add/Remove explicit hydrogens button to fold hydrogens
**Actual behavior**
System doesn't fold hydrogens for Ge atoms in ring
(works correct if Any Atom added on the canvas)
**Expected behavior**
System folds hydrogens for Ge atoms in ring
**Ketcher version** [e.g. v2.4.2].
