Add-Remove hydrogens converts all DoubleCIS-Trans bonds on the canvas to Double

Description
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Load from file using New Project way: [CISTransExamples.zip](https://github.com/epam/Indigo/files/14691276/CISTransExamples.zip)
2. Press Add/Remove explicit hydrogens button to fold hydrogens
**Actual behavior**
System replaces all DoubleCIS-Trans bonds on the canvas to Double
**Expected behavior**
System changes to Double only bonds that belongs to selected atom we unfold hydrogens of
**Ketcher version** [e.g. v2.4.2].
