**Describe the bug**
System ignores Smart-layout option while user load or paste from clipboard molecule
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Go to Settings -> Server -> Smart-layout and make sure it is switched off
2. Paste from clipboard following sequence: `C1C=CC=C2C3C=CC=C(CCCCCCC=12)C=3`
