System can't copy atom with custom query feature to clipboard (Indigo error: Bad request (400))
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Load from file: [502 - System can't copy atom with custom query feature to clipboard.zip](https://github.com/epam/Indigo/files/14535444/502.-.System.can.t.copy.atom.with.custom.query.feature.to.clipboard.zip) (unzip first)
2. Press Ctrl+A key
3. Press Ctrl+C key
