Description
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Use Indigo library (Bingo cartridge). Describe environment
2. Add to Canvas Arrows element (open KET file)
3. Select Add/Remove Explicit Hydrogens icon
**Expected behavior**
All Arrows should not be changed.
**Actual behavior**
Some Arrows are changed while select Add/Remove Explicit Hydrogens
