Research direction

Start with the attached 3 AfterBond Arrows KET file and reproduce the failure in Indigo's CDX, base64 CDX, and CDXXML conversion paths. Review the related Ketcher issue 1798 and Indigo issue 1799 for context. Done means arrows save successfully in all listed formats and can be opened in Ketcher and ChemDraw without the Map_base::at conversion error.
