Add remove hydrogens vanishes Valence value

**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Load from file: [Vanish valences.zip](https://github.com/epam/Indigo/files/14404154/Vanish.valences.zip)
2. Press Add/Remove explicit hydrogens

**Actual behavior**
Add remove hydrogens vanishes Valence value

**Expected behavior**
System keeps Valence value in place

- Ketcher Version 2.18.0-rc.8 Build at 2024-02-22; 17:34:35
- Indigo Toolkit Version 1.18.0-rc.8.0-g85a393c7c-x86_64-linux-gnu-11.2.1
