1. Load from file: [Ignores zero valence.zip](https://github.com/epam/Indigo/files/14403969/Ignores.zero.valence.zip)
2. Press Add/Remove explicit hydrogens
**Actual behavior**
System ignores zero atom valence while unfolding explicit hydrogens
**Expected behavior**
Nothing happens
