Description
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Click Open... button (Ctrl+O)
2. Select open from file
3. Select file: [Attachment point.pptx](https://github.com/epam/Indigo/files/14336193/Attachment.point.pptx)
4. Click Open
5. Press Open as New Project
**Actual behavior**
All attachment points are lost while load CDX from pptx
**Expected behavior**
All attachment points are in place
**Environment details:**
- Ketcher Version 2.18.0-rc.7 Build at 2024-02-16; 19:06:44
- Indigo Toolkit Version 1.18.0-rc.7.0-g8a5c36802-x86_64-linux-gnu-11.2.1
