Description
**Steps to Reproduce**
Try on both - Stand Alone version and on Remote version
1. Click Open... button (Ctrl+O)
2. Select open from file
3. Select file: [Hanging metal.pptx](https://github.com/epam/Indigo/files/14328070/Hanging.metal.pptx)
4. Click Open
5. Press Open as New Project
**Actual behavior**
System put on the canvas two mystery molecules (from nowhere) and superatom s-group with hanging M-atom
**Expected behavior**
Only label on the canvas
**Environment details:**
- Ketcher Version 2.18.0-rc.7 Build at 2024-02-16; 19:06:44
