**Describe the bug**
Export of Single Up/Down bonds to MOL file causes exception
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Load from file: [Convert error! molfile saver unrepresentable query bond order = -1.zip](https://github.com/epam/ketcher/files/14097990/Convert.error.molfile.saver.unrepresentable.query.bond.order.-1.zip) (unzip first)
2. Try to save it to Molfile V2000
**Actual behavior**
System throws exception: Convert error! molfile saver: unrepresentable query bond: order = -1
**Expected behavior**
No exception
**Ketcher version** [e.g. v2.4.2].
