**Describe the bug**
Add/Remove hydrogens uses polar coordinates with 0,0 canvas at the center
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Load from file: [Polar Coordinates.zip](https://github.com/epam/Indigo/files/14095913/Polar.Coordinates.zip) (unzip first)
2. Press Add/Remove explicit hydrogens button
**Actual behavior**
System adds hydrogens uses polar coordinates with 0,0 canvas at the center
**Expected behavior**
Hydrogens added using Cartesian coordinate system
