Add/Remove hydrpgens doesn't work for single down stereo-bond wrapped into Multipal group type of S-Group

**Ketcher version** [e.g. v2.4.2].
- Indigo Toolkit Version 1.18.0-dev.4.0-g085ab345f-x86_64-linux-gnu-11.2.1
- Ketcher Version 2.17.0-rc.2 Build at 2024-01-03; 17:17:22
- Chrome Version 120.0.6099.225 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- Win10
- Issue found while testing https://github.com/epam/Indigo/issues/1436

**Describe the bug**
Add/Remove hydrpgens doesn't work for stereo-bonds

**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Load from file: [_zero bond length near atom 0.zip](https://github.com/epam/Indigo/files/14095491/_zero.bond.length.near.atom.0.zip) (unzip first)
3. Press Add/Remove explicit hydrogens button

**Actual behavior**
System throws exception: Given string could not be loaded as (query or plain) molecule or reaction, see the error messages: 'stereocenters: zero bond length near atom 0', 'RXN loader: bad header {', 'RXN loader: bad header {', 'stereocenters: zero bond length near atom 0'

**Expected behavior**
No exception happens, works as intended
