Adding hydrogens doesn't work for "Custom query bonds" wrapped into "Query component" type S-Group

- Ketcher Version 2.17.0-rc.2 Build at 2024-01-03; 17:17:22
- Chrome Version 120.0.6099.225 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- Win10

**Describe the bug**
Adding hydrogens doesn't work for Custom query bonsds wrapped into Query components type S-Group

**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Load from file: [Adding hydrogens doesn't work for Custom query bonsds wrapped into Query components type S-Group.zip](https://github.com/epam/Indigo/files/14076004/Adding.hydrogens.doesn.t.work.for.Custom.query.bonsds.wrapped.into.Query.components.type.S-Group.zip) (unzip first)
3. Press Add/Remove explicit hydrogens button

**Actual behavior**
System throws exception: IndigoException: array: invalid index 4 (size=4)

**Expected behavior**
