**Describe the bug**
Adding hydrogens works for complex Custom query bond but it shouldn't
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Load from file: [Adding hydrogens works for complex Custom query bond but it shouldn't.zip](https://github.com/epam/Indigo/files/14065456/Adding.hydrogens.works.for.complex.Custom.query.bond.but.it.shouldn.t.zip) (unzip first)
2. Press Add/Remove explicit hydrogens button
**Actual behavior**
System adds hydrogens to atoms
**Expected behavior**
System doesn't add hydrogens to atoms
