Adding hydrogens changes Ring and Chain topology bonds to @ and !@ custom query value

- Chrome Version 120.0.6099.130 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- Win10
- Issue found while testing https://github.com/epam/Indigo/issues/1436

**Describe the bug**
Adding hydrogens changes Ring and Chain topology bonds to @ and !@ custom query value

**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Load from file: [Adding hydrogens changes Ring and Chain topology bonds to @ and !@ custom query value.zip](https://github.com/epam/Indigo/files/14056920/Adding.hydrogens.changes.Ring.and.Chain.topology.bonds.to.%40.and.%40.custom.query.value.zip) (unzip first)
2. Press Add/Remove explicit hydrogens button

**Actual behavior**
System changes Ring and Chain topology bonds to @ and !@ custom query value

**Expected behavior**
No changes happen
