**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Open structures from file [Bonds.zip](https://github.com/epam/Indigo/files/13841499/Bonds.2.zip)
2. Press 'Structure check' button
**Expected behavior**
The molecule does not contain chirality, and Structure check not generates a warning about chirality
**Actual behavior**
The molecule does not contain chirality, but Structure check generates a warning about chirality being present
