Indigo Service. Develop elastic backend module

** Background **
There was a need for a module that could perform the same function as the existing postgres-api module. However, I wanted to utilize Bingo-Elastic in conjunction with Elasticsearch to achieve this.

** Solution **
To meet this requirement, I have developed a new module based on the postgres-api module.

**Additional context **
The new module has been tested for functionality and compatibility with the existing system. There are no known issues or problems with the new module as of now.
