3D Viewer: Aromatic bonds are missed on 3D view

Description
Preconditions:
A structure (e.g. Benzene) is created on the canvas.
Steps:
1. Change the structure bonds with the Aromatic Bonds.
2. Click on 3D View button.
3. Click on Close button.
ER: The structure bonds are changed with the Aromatic Bonds.
3D window is opened. The structure with a circle inside the cycle is displayed in the window.
AR: 3d model is without changes
