Calculated values button returns error for selected parts without R/S groups

**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Open the Ketcher SA version
2. Place on the canvas structures with R-group, or with attachment points, S-group SRU polymer or Multiple group

3. Usung selection tool, select part of the structure without R or S groups
4. Click on the 'Calculated Values' button (Alt+C)

**Expected behavior**
The calculated Values window is displayed, and all fields are filled with calculated values for selected part of the structure.

**Actual behavior**
All kinds of errors are displayed:
Attach. point: "Cannot calculate properties for RGroups"
R-group: "calculation error: Cannot calculate mass for structure with pseudoatoms, template atoms or RSites"
SRU polymer: "calculation error: Cannot calculate mass for structure with repeating units"
Multiple group: "Error message: Given string could not be loaded as (query or plain) molecule or reaction, see the error messages: 'array: invalid index -1 (size=9)', 'RXN loader: bad header {', 'RXN loader: bad header {', 'array: invalid index -1 (size=9)'
