Extract sub_aoi information for geodb data and save it as geometry for items

Currently it is difficult to extract the sub_aoi information saved as WKT inside the points, when doing the geodb extraction of information we could also extract this information and save it as geometry of the item.

We have been rethinking the logic of geodb collections and thinking it would make sense to actually "transform" them to location collections, in this case this would not apply as i though of we could still in theory save the information per item though
