Helm chart CRDs not updated to support rateLimitHpa/rateLimitDeployment

Trying to configure rateLimitDeployment and rateLimitHpa in the `kubernetes` provider.

`.spec.provider.kubernetes.rateLimitHpa: field not declared in schema`

*Repro steps*:
> Include sample requests, environment, etc. All data and inputs

Install helm chart `gateway-helm` version v1.6.3, try setting: `.spec.provider.kubernetes.rateLimitHpa`

>**Note**: If there are privacy concerns, sanitize the data prior to
sharing.
