how to set proxy when fetching jwks for security policy

*Description*:
I want to setup a security policy to validate the incoming jwt using jwks, but the envoy proxy is deployed behind the corp proxy, we need to go through a proxy to reach to the public internet to fetch the jwks.

Is there a way to set the `https_proxy` for envoy proxy?
