gitops envoy resources management

Hello,

Im currently migrating my eks from nginx-ingress to envoy-gateway.
I already deployed it via helm chart and applied all the necessary resources such as gatewayclass, gateway, envoyproxy and httproute.

Our env in aws scale down at night and up at morning.
This causes the envoy proxy data deployment to stay down until i redeploy the envoyproxy instance manually.
Anyone anyone know a proper way to manage all those resources in git with some application or something?

Its so messy and much more difficult to managed them then nginx-ingress
