Description
The [v2 CDS schema](https://github.com/envoyproxy/envoy/blob/40b1ac06e065d633c6a28d89823a491a47f2d44a/api/envoy/api/v2/cds.proto#L182) supports multiple health checkers per cluster but it [hasn't been implemented yet](https://github.com/envoyproxy/envoy/blob/40b1ac06e065d633c6a28d89823a491a47f2d44a/source/common/upstream/upstream_impl.cc#L414). This is a placeholder for that work.
