Description
Several recent crashes in the library have been -- presumably -- caused due to broken assumptions between upstream Http::ConnectionManager and Http::Dispatcher. Once the crashes have been root caused, and new assumptions made, we should create tests in upstream envoy that will fail (or need to be modified) if the assumptions are changed again.
