Description
What happened?
I have configured entire.io CLI in a github repo, have worked in it for a few days and only then granted the entire GitHub addon access rights to that repository.
All sessions and commits that came before that time are not picked up and not visible in the entie.io web UI.
Steps to reproduce
- create git repo
- configure entire
- work in that repo
- commit and push to GitHub
- only then allow entire github addon access rights to that repo
- look in the entire web UI
- entire web UI still empty for that repo, even though sessions are on the git repos entire branch

Research direction
Reproduce the workflow with Entire CLI 0.7.5: create a repository, work and push commits, then grant the GitHub addon access and inspect the web UI. Trace how the GitHub permission change triggers session and commit discovery from the Entire branch; done means earlier sessions and commits appear, with a regression test for this sequence.
