Description
What happened?
I wrote a prompt with 3 paragraphs , numbered them 1) , 2) , 3)
In the dashboard it shows up as 1) , 1) , 1)
However, Ai model response still referes to 1) , 2) , 3) which is correctly shown in the dashboard.
