Description

The issue can be reproduced with example [demo/Advanced/Table_editor_with_checkbox_column.py](https://github.com/enthought/traitsui/blob/main/traitsui/examples/demo/Advanced/Table_editor_with_checkbox_column.py). It does not happen on Linux, only on Windows 11. It was observed with traitsui 8.0.0 and pyside6 6.8.2 and 6.7.1.
