Integrations with asyncio

It would be interesting to look at ways that Traits might be integrated with asyncio, including adding a dispatch option that runs listeners on the current asyncio event loop.

See PR #130 for previous ideas along these lines, but targeting greenlets rather than the (then non-existent) asyncio.

This would likely require an EEP to sketch out the design.
