Description
The Traits PyPI page currently shows the same text as is in the top-level repository README. That's not ideal, from various points of view - the reader of the Traits PyPI page is mostly trying to find out what the package does, and whether it meets their needs, while details about how to get up and running with development belong in the README but are largely irrelevant for PyPI readers. I'd suggest separating the two.
