Slow import of mayavi.mlab (~ 30 seconds, sometimes longer).

Is there anything that I can do to speed up import of 'mlab' from mayavi?

I haven't seen mention of 'slow mayavi imports' elsewhere, so I'm wondering if there's something misconfigured.

I'm using mayavi 4.7.1 (installed via miniconda3) on Python 3.8.2.

Reproduce the slow import using Mayavi 4.7.1 on Python 3.8.2 installed through miniconda3, and measure the time spent importing mayavi.mlab.
