enstaller/egginst crash (version 4.8.0.dev1-a34d367)

_I'm running a development version of enstaller due to previous problems. I'm running on a windows7 platform._

_It appears that the code in egginst responsible for calculating the updating the estimated time remaining is getting a div-by-zero - the number of steps for the update are not nonzero._
