_Really_ basic user documentation for Savage:
- that it exists, what it is and what it does (render SVG images!)
- basics of how to use it to draw in a GC or Wx widget (Renderer + SVGDocument + `render` method)
- document `SVGButton`, `SVGButtonEditor` and `SVGEditor` for use with TraitsUI
