Reorganize the scipy2008 tutorials in the context of other examples

https://github.com/enthought/chaco/tree/master/examples/tutorials/scipy2008 contains a number of examples - and we need to evaluate whether they are still relevant, whether they are up-to-date and if other examples/tutorials/demos already contain the relevant information presented in these examples.

In the end, we ideally want to remove them entirely if they are completely redundant or move examples out of `scipy2008` and update them as necessary.
