[wish] update uri based on changes in interface

Description
It would be helpful if uri gets updated based on the state of interface. It will make sharing easier. It is also nice to open the link with control on interface. For instance (http://blockbuilder.org/username/gistid?view=side#L35) should open the page with code on side and highlight line 35 of code.
