useless extra scrollbar

I now have my code right of preview.
As my code doesn't fit my screen I have a scrollbar.
Immediately right of that scrollbar I have another scrollbar, not doing anything, taking up pixels and a tiny bit of mental processing power

Start by reproducing the editor layout with code positioned to the right of the preview and inspect which element creates the inactive scrollbar. The issue is done when the redundant scrollbar is removed without preventing scrolling when the code exceeds the available screen width.
