sm_jenkins - File name must be given (file {filename}).

@wayneeseguin, this is an app which includes eycloud recipes that wrap sm, sm_eyapi & sm_jenkins. When I deploy `ey deploy` I get the error below. It can be reproduced by running the `sudo sm jenkins install` command:
